Thomas Holdorf

I am trying to get any information on the Thomas Holdorf covers, I have a complete set, and I have a set I will use as reading copies -this set is missing Pet Sematary, I have found that each set has a different printing #, jacket price and with one of the Carries, it is the 40th anniversary with the introduction/ forward by Margart Atwood and has a different spine. I know someone can help.
